Spooky deviled eggs

Ok so I love fall activities! ! And halloween is part of it.
I am not a huge fan of the idea as halloween as a media based holiday either way I give in every year lol. It's fun right!?
You know what's even better Is having a party for the kids and making spooky food ;)

so this year we boiled some eggs...

To make the fill I didn't really measure but just kinda guessed until it looked right.
Some mayo, mustard,  and season salt and the yolks mix until smooth.

For extras I had some olives and a tomato ( red peppers work better! )

And some celery

And here we go...

for the spider I used one olive cut in half then use the other half to slice thin legs out of.. piece together

Grape salad

What's everyone have for memorial day picnics? I have been cooking all day to get ready for ours! But this one is grape salad. Super easy and idk how healthy this is if you watch your diet but I did change cream cheese to Greek yogurt.  But here is what you need....

1 1/2 lbs of green seedless grapes ( i only used red )

1 1/2 lb red seedless grapes

8 oz sour cream

8 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup sugar

1tsp vanilla

toppinng brown sugar and pecans ( i didnt use pecans )

remove stems from grapes and rinse them
beat sour cream and chream cheese
add sugar and vanilla and mix well
mix in grapes and put in serving dish
add toppings ( brown sugar

here is everything I used for mine ..

throw your grapes in and mix them all around

I just put some brown sugar on ours. the kids really dont care too much for nuts in things and that is fine cause we dont either but pecans are really good ontop too ! and dresses it up a bit. either way amazing ! easy picnic dish!

Healthy fries

Healthy way to do some homemade fries without frying or over processed bagged fries easy and amazing good .. here is how I did it

Start out with some potatoes (I peeled mine u could also leave skins on up to you )

If u have a slicer great use that I only had a knife so I sliced mine by hand Just make sure most all are the same size to insure they will all cook even

After they are all sliced get some ice water in a bowl add some salt and soak potatoes for about 30 minutes ( this will help them to get more chrispy when u bake them )

After the 30 minutes is up lay on paper towel pat dry they do not have to be completely dry add some salt pepper or garlic or cyanne spice to however u like brush them with olive oil

Put in oven ( checking and flipping constantly ) at 350 for about 45 minutes.  Everyone's time may be different due to different thickness of the cut just check them and keep flipping them so they get golden brown all over

Get your favorite dipping cause out and enjoy! Fast food fries at home and healthy and good.  Let me know What your favorite fries are either a fast food chain or way u make them at home: )

Happy eating
