spicy pulled pork sandwiches in the slow cooker

Ok so these are something that literally takes 5 minutes and you can cook on low all day and have for Lunch or Dinner. Throw on a bun and Done! Huge hit and you'll love them I promise! I made mac and cheese on the side... who doesn't love mac and cheese? I could eat that everyday! My husband on the other hand isn't much of a fan!? 🤔 but he loves pasta? I know it never made much sense to me either... ok ok you're here for the recipe to pulled pork not a mac and cheese story. So if you didn't already just scroll down looking at pictures thanks for caring to read my mindless ramble!
Look how good they came out! And I used the Hawaiian sweet rolls really tied into the spicy well. And if you are not a huge spicy fan ( my husband normally isn't but liked these the way I made them and did say they where not too hot! ) but they had a little bite to them. You can cute the cayenne in half!
Here is what you will need

Mix all the season coat all the pulled ribs and throw in the crock pot and DONE!

Rather watch me do it? Here is my YouTube! Make sure you subscribe and follow all my other social links! Let me know when you try it! For sure use the sweet rolls really makes them!! After writing this ( I made them last week) I'm already wanting them again. One bad thing with kate editing.

Fall stove top potpourri

Ok so I must admit... fall, and winter are my favorite times of year! I love the season changes, leave changing colors, gets cooler out. Sweater weather, leggings and boots! Just the whole feel of fall ♡ and not to mention all the fall smells, food and activities!

I like my house to smell like fall too and for me it takes me back to when I was a kid and my mom would have this on the stove... I'd always go into the kitchen thinking it was apple pie only to realize it was potpourri on the stove.... ahahaha the disapointment!?

But as a adult I now know why.... :)

What I used was a whole apple sliced
2 cups of water ( it will evaporate throughout the day you will have to add more )
Cinnamon sticks and cinnamon powder!
Cloves
And never too much vanilla

Wish I could say I measured this and have a exact recipe for you...   . But I dont.

Guess and play around I like a lot of vanilla ♡

Looks cute.... smells amazing! Go ahead try it out! Can't smell it through this blogg... I wish!

Happy fall activities.

Healthy fries

Healthy way to do some homemade fries without frying or over processed bagged fries easy and amazing good .. here is how I did it

Start out with some potatoes (I peeled mine u could also leave skins on up to you )

If u have a slicer great use that I only had a knife so I sliced mine by hand Just make sure most all are the same size to insure they will all cook even

After they are all sliced get some ice water in a bowl add some salt and soak potatoes for about 30 minutes ( this will help them to get more chrispy when u bake them )

After the 30 minutes is up lay on paper towel pat dry they do not have to be completely dry add some salt pepper or garlic or cyanne spice to however u like brush them with olive oil

Put in oven ( checking and flipping constantly ) at 350 for about 45 minutes.  Everyone's time may be different due to different thickness of the cut just check them and keep flipping them so they get golden brown all over

Get your favorite dipping cause out and enjoy! Fast food fries at home and healthy and good.  Let me know What your favorite fries are either a fast food chain or way u make them at home: )

Happy eating
