pineapple upside down cake from scratch so easy !

this is such a easy recipe and soooo good !



Topping ingredients needed:
1/4 cup butter/ margarine
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 large can pineapple rings , well drained
 maraschino cherries or candied dry ones - (I like a lot on mine if not around 6 will be fine )



Batter ingredients needed :
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk- (* I use 1 % and that was fine*)
2 teaspoons vanilla


1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour **Mixed with **( 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt.) mix in a seperate in a small bowl ,set aside


Preheat your oven to 350 F.
The pineapple topping for the bottom of the pan:
Melt ( 1/4 butter/margerine) then pour it in a 8 x8 , 9-inch square or round cake pan.
Sprinkle the brown sugar over the butter( 1/2 cup),
place a with a layer of drained pineapple on top of brown sugar.
place the cherries inside of pineapples and anywhere else you may decide.
 ^ set aside :) 

next start pre-paring the batter:
In a medium-sized bowl, beat the 2 eggs until very light.
While still beating, slowly add the 1/3 cup vegetable oil,
then the 1 cup sugar.
Blend in the 1/2 cup milk and 2 teaspoons vanilla,
then mix in the *flour mix* just until blended.-( do not over mix when adding the flour)
**(1 1/2 cups flour & 2  1/4 teaspoon baking powder,1/2 teaspoon salt pre-mixed in seperate bowl)**





Pour the batter over the pineapple topping
Bake in the preheated oven 350 F for 40 to 45 minutes,
(or until the center springs back when gently pressed "or" a cake tester comes out clean)
Cool the cake in the pan for approx. 10 minutes, then (invert/ flip upside down) cake pan onto a plate or dish

baffalo chicken pasta in crocpot


3 Large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (approximately 2 lbs. or so), Cut Into Pieces
1 Can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
3/4 Cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
2 Cups Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 Pound Penne pasta, Cooked

eggs in the oven ? mcdonalds mcmuffins but better for u


i posted a pic of my breakfast on facebook and ppl where lost thought i would show u how i do simple everyday foods ! hope u like i do eggs in the oven alot so will do some posts as i make them ! hope u find easy and good leave me comments and let me know ...


lets get cooking !


i love mcdonalds but you can do it at home here is how 

start out with a muffin pan ( yes i make eggs in the oven all the time i will do more blog posts ! ) 
lightly oil it so your eggs wont sick u dont need to go crazy just a little 



 crack your eggs right into the muffin pan

 i break and spread the yolk around a bit
 put in the over @ 350 for about 15 mins or so check them on and off u will be able to tell when they are done
 i put some season salt ontop they should look like this when done
 these i think are the best english muffins but any will do i put mine in the toaster just for a bit or you can put in the oven on a cookie sheet
 take your eggs out of the pan onto your muffin
 i use block cheese and shred it but sadly i was out so had to use this cheese but fresh cheese is a lot better ! but whatever cheese u like
 there u go mcdonalds and u never had to leave more recipies soon ! make mornings easy and good

taco salad dip

what u need



  • 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans (option ) 
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 1 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

what u do 


  1. In a medium bowl, blend the taco seasoning mix and refried beans. Spread the mixture onto a large serving platter.
  2. Mix the sour cream and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Spread over the refried beans.
  3. Top the layers with salsa. Place a layer of tomato, green bell pepper, green onions and lettuce over the salsa, and top with Cheddar cheese. Garnish with black olives.
         i use jalapeno chips !  so good !!!!

croc pot cake !?

thinking of doing videos on croc pot recipes ?! my fav things to do make in the am done when u want it let me know if u would be interested in this 
but made this tonight so good ! thought i would share 






what u need 
1 box chocolate cake mix
8 oz sour cream
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 cup chocolate chips
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 cup water


what u do .. mix all together then spray ur croc pot !!! ( non stick spray ) or they have liners now for them <3 them !!!! cook on low for 7 hours or u can go on high for 4 hours ! 


so good so easy !

cheap easy fast meal and really good my review


so i picked this up at walmart for something to have on those days u really dont feel like cooking (; 
this was 10 dollars ! and enough for the 4 of us to get 2 meals out of it hot turkey sandwiches tomorrow ! 
this is so easy and taste like u spent all day on it if u would hide the bag ! 
 u take out of the original package bagging  inside is the turkey in a over ready bag !
u take this straight out of ur freezer to oven no need to thaw out or anything and boneless best part i think ! put on a pan and throw in oven for 2 hours and 15 mins is how long i cooked mine @ 375 pull it out make ur sides and done !!!!!!!! this also comes with gravy !!! all u do is add some water and is really good
will be buying this again i forgot to take a pic when it came out im sorry ! but does brown like a real turkey taste exactly like the thanksgiving day turkey and all u do is slice no worries about bones ( i love )
hubby loved it passed his inspection kids did too !
so much left over will be good for a lefotver day thinking some hot turkey sandwiches and some gravy with fries (: this passed over so much better than what i had in mind thinking we all need one of these in our freezer happy cooking
